With the introduction of the new Flow series, STS Sensors is expanding its product portfolio with high-performance solutions for precise flow measurement. The new flow sensors combine high measurement accuracy, modular flexibility and reliable performance in demanding industrial applications.
The flow series is based on electromagnetic measuring technology and enables non-contact measurement of conductive liquids. As there are no moving parts in the measuring tube, there is no flow resistance and no mechanical wear.
The result is stable and reliable long-term measurement performance with an accuracy of up to ±0.2 % - even under demanding process conditions.
A key feature of the new flow sensors is their modular design. STS consistently relies on a modular system that enables a wide range of variants and customer-specific adaptation.
From the compact basic version to the fully integrated solution, the sensors can be precisely adapted to the respective application - both mechanically and electronically.
The FM7 series in particular makes it possible to combine several measured variables in one system. In addition to flow measurement, pressure and temperature values can also be recorded and evaluated.
This reduces the integration effort and creates an efficient, central database for process monitoring.
