Quality Specialist (80–100%)

Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

  • Quality assurance: With your keen awareness of quality in incoming goods and initial sample inspections, you will analyze and ensure that raw materials, purchased components, and manufactured components comply with the high quality standards required for the demanding global applications of our products.
  • Calibration and test equipment management: You will be responsible for a selection of calibration, measurement, and testing equipment and will ensure its operation and functionality. You also have experience in handling mechanical and optical testing equipment.
  • Audits: You have in-depth knowledge of the ISO9001 standard and perform internal system audits. You are also able to contribute your expertise to customer issues and supplier audits.
  • Processes: With your extensive experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows, you are able to analyze current challenges as part of a team, derive measures, and implement them.
  • Collaboration: You will work in an interface role and maintain close coordination with development, production, and quality management.


Your profile:

  • Education: Basic technical training (polymechanic or similar) with knowledge of mechatronics and/or electronics and training in the field of quality assurance.
  • Experience: You have initial professional experience in the field of quality assurance in the electronics, mechanical engineering, and/or semiconductor manufacturing industry and have a sound understanding of industrial processes and a holistic approach to process thinking.
  • Knowledge: You have knowledge of international quality standards and relevant regulations and norms. You are also very familiar with the methodology and implementation of calibrations of measuring and testing equipment and are well versed in occupational safety.
  • Language skills: Very good German and English skills are required.
  • IT affinity: You are proficient in the use of modern IT tools and have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central 365 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) (100%)

Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

  • Qualifying marketing leads and developing them into concrete sales opportunities

  • Active prospecting in close cooperation with the field sales team, with a focus on cold calling

  • Support and further development of defined existing customers in the B and C segments
  • Preparation of price calculations and support with requests for quotations
  • First level support and first point of contact for customer inquiries

Your profile:

  • Basic technical training or comparable experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience in B2B customer contact, ideally in technical sales or inside sales
  • Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
  • Confident use of ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage

  • Goal orientation: You work in a goal-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with a high volume of leads
  • Customer contact: You actively approach people and feel comfortable 
    contacting customers by phone
