What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a strong leader with technical depth and entrepreneurial thinking to take our products and customer-specific solutions to the next level. In this key role, you will shape the technological advancement of our company together with a dedicated team.

You combine strategic vision with operational execution, act in a structured and pragmatic way, and consistently drive projects to success. Your openness to change, your clear leadership style, and your passion for technical excellence make you the ideal fit for this position.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operational management of employees in Development, Engineering, and Project Management

  • Ensuring efficient, agile project management – hands-on and results-oriented

  • Responsibility for quality, timelines, and budgets within projects

  • Further development of internal processes and standards in your area of responsibility

  • Fostering a culture of trust, execution power, innovation, and pragmatic thinking

Your profile:

  • Technical university degree

  • Extensive experience leading interdisciplinary teams (internal and external)

  • Strong technical expertise in development, engineering, industrialization, and project management of products, customized solutions, and related tools

  • Willingness to travel internationally to our customers and locations

  • Excellent command of German and English

Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) (100%)

Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

  • Qualifying marketing leads and developing them into concrete sales opportunities

  • Active prospecting in close cooperation with the field sales team, with a focus on cold calling

  • Support and further development of defined existing customers in the B and C segments
  • Preparation of price calculations and support with requests for quotations
  • First level support and first point of contact for customer inquiries

Your profile:

  • Basic technical training or comparable experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience in B2B customer contact, ideally in technical sales or inside sales
  • Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
  • Confident use of ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage

  • Goal orientation: You work in a goal-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with a high volume of leads
  • Customer contact: You actively approach people and feel comfortable 
    contacting customers by phone
