Your challenge

You will develop automation solutions to improve
efficiency and programme and optimise production and
test systems using LabVIEW/TestStand. You will also create measurement and
analysis algorithms, data visualisations and technical
documentation, and ensure
trouble-free system operation through fault analysis. Working closely with
Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering and external
partners, you will continuously further develop existing systems

 What you’ll need

You hold a degree in engineering in
electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable
field. Excellent knowledge of measurement, control and
regulation technology, as well as experience with LabVIEW, are essential.
Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills,
together with a structured approach to work, form the basis
for optimal solutions. The ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills
and the ability to take the initiative round off your profile. You are fluent
in German and have good communication skills in English.

Your challenge

You will develop and design sensors, pressure gauges
and equipment, taking into account applicable standards,
customer requirements and manufacturing considerations. In doing so,
you will carry out strength calculations and FEM analyses and
ensure the functionality and fatigue strength of your designs. In interdisciplinary projects, you will actively drive forward the continuous
optimisation and modularisation of products and
manufacturing processes.

What you’ll need

Mechanical design is your passion. You have
extensive knowledge of welding and hygiene regulations
and experience in strength calculations. In addition,
you are familiar with the use of stainless steels, duplex steels, titanium
and Inconel. You have a background in education and training in the field of design
or mechanical engineering, along with relevant experience in a
comparable industry. You are fluent in German
and have good communication skills in English.

Since 1987, we have been developing and manufacturing high-quality, bespoke sensor solutions for demanding industrial applications. With around 135 employees at our headquarters in Sirnach and further sites across Europe, Asia and the USA, we work closely with the market and our customers.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a well-organised, communicative individual with technical understanding and a passion for active customer engagement.

Your responsibilities:

Qualifying marketing leads and developing them into concrete sales opportunities

Active prospecting in close collaboration with the field sales team, with a focus on cold calling

Managing and developing defined existing customers in the B and C segments

Preparing price quotations and assisting with requests for quotations

Providing first-level support and acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries

Basic technical training or equivalent experience in an industrial environment

Experience in B2B customer contact, ideally in technical sales or inside sales

Very good command of German and English; other languages an advantage

Confident use of ERP and CRM systems

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be an advantage
